Laura started in the Veterinary world in 2006 but her love for animals started in 1986, not long after she was born did her family introduce her to a menagerie of pets. Laura wore many hats, but her favorite was as a Client Services Representative. While she always wanted to have a career in English Literature, she soon realized her passion was working with her Veterinary colleagues to help strengthen the compassionate connections with not only the patients but the clients, as well. After hands-on studying, learning, failing, and starting over again, Laura’s take-away was that she’ll never run out of things to learn in this dynamic industry and is thrilled to join The Village Veterinarian’s team and continue to uphold their cherished reputation and history in the East Village.
Outside of work, Laura loves reading, and discovering new music in nearly every genre spending time with her husband Brian, 2 kids Lorelai & Nicholas, and their senior Dachshund mix Bogie, and 3 cats: Phoenix, Winter, and Chesney. Laura is also a proud Girl Scout Troop Leader and loves helping the kids in any way she can in her community.
